Vision Commercial Kitchens

Vision Commercial Kitchens provide a complete commercial kitchen service encompassing design, planning, project management, fit out and support. We've been working with Vision Commercial Kitchens since 2002 and have seen the business grow from a start up to achieve revenues of several millions. During that time we've supported all Vision's on and offline marketing activities working as a virtual marketing department.

Solution: as part of the basket of marketing services we provide to Vision, we design, write, distribute and coordinate structured email campaigns using our windowbox product. The emails are specific to various target audiences within their vertical markets, featuring a variety of messages and information from case studies and news to product offers and promotions as appropriate. We plan and coordinate the various campaigns on Vision's behalf, managing their databases and providing detailed reporting on each email following distribution which includes performance metrics such as numbers sent and opened, click-throughs and bouncebacks which allows us to constantly cleanse the database and refine the campaigns.

Company Shop

Client: Company Shop provides an outsourced logisitics service for many leading manufacturers including Nestle, Heinz, Premier Foods and Arla to dispose of their 'residual' stock. This service includes the operation of physical and virtual staff shops.

Solution: We design, write, distribute and coordinate structured email campaigns using our windowbox product. The emails are distributed to Company Shop's customers and include various special offers and promotions. Given the nature of their products, which are often short coded so need to be sold quickly, we provide an instant service based on using existing templates so can design and distribute to the database within an hour. We also plan and coordinate the various campaigns on Company Shop's behalf, managing their databases and providing detailed reporting on each email following distribution which includes performance metrics such as numbers sent and opened, click-throughs and bouncebacks which allows us to constantly cleanse the database and refine the campaigns.

In a recent performance test, Company Shop sent out an email only promotion which boosted sales by over 20%.

Allermuir

Client: Operating from its manufacturing facilities in Accrington and Darwen and showrooms in London, Senator are the UK's largest office furniture manufacturer with a turnover in excess of £100M and over 1000 employees.

Solution: As part of the website development services we provide for Senator, we have also distributed specific emails to notify customers and dealers of product information. We distribute and coordinate the emails using our windowbox product managing their databases and providing detailed reporting on each email following distribution which includes performance metrics such as numbers sent and opened - which exceeds 20% - click-throughs and bouncebacks which allows us to constantly cleanse the database.

PMD Leasing

Client: PMD is a provider of Leasing and Financial Solutions for business with a focus on 'Point of Sale' finance for equipment suppliers as well as direct finance for equipment, machinery and IT.
